Pawaa gives lot of importance to technology domain skills especially to Open source and IT security. knowledge of hardware programming is an added advantage but not necessary.
Most of the interviews are 2 or maximum 3 rounds and usually round 1 is quite demanding in terms of deep drive into technology area.
