      A thorough and selective process with a clear focus on senior-level ownership. Beyond standard interviews, the process included deep dives into real Customer Success scenarios (churn risk, stakeholder misalignment, expansion strategy). What stood out is the expectation to think beyond execution: you’re assessed on your ability to structure problems, prioritize under pressure, and articulate clear business impact. It’s not a “fit-only” process you’re expected to demonstrate how you operate in complex environments. Demanding, but consistent with the role.
