Face to face interview, then paper based maths and excel test. Basic mental arithmetic and easy Excel functions. Process took around a hour in total. Was told I would be contacted either way, wasn't.

Through an agency. Good communication. Wasn't left waiting too long. Interviewers came across polite, friendly and the interview felt informal and relaxed. Two people on the panel and lasted around 30 minutes in total.
