I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Papa John's (Littleton, CO) in Jun 2011
Interview
I sent in an application and in about a month he called me, and asked me to drive down. He barely asked me anything, probably because the job was so easy that there was nothing to ask. The boss was a very nice guy, but he seemed fairly indifferent about his job.
Applied online then came in for an interview. Was fairly simple, asked my experience and how I see myself fitting in with the rest of the team and workers. Also asked how many pizzas I can fit in my car.
I applied for the job, got the call back for an interview and got started after signing the contract. It wasn't hard, they asked me a few questions about my past experiences and my goals of the position.
It was easy enough. They asked me if I can drive and come on time. I said I did. They also told me I have to add something to Glassdoor to keep using it. Please disregard this note, I never actually worked at Papa John's
