One short round (~20 minutes) with an operations manager and a team lead. The interview was conducted entirely in Korean; there was no English assessment. Questions focused on my current duties, availability, and willingness to handle a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. No skills test, case questions, or scenario walkthroughs. The process felt informal; I received a decision very quickly after the call.
