Pan-American School interview questions

You are given a brief phone interview and invited to speak in person to the principal. After that you are invited to speak to a team of teachers and if you pass, then you give a sample lesson to either students or teachers. They want to make sure you know your subject matter, but also that you can be a disciplinarian, and a team player. You will be drug tested before the hiring process is complete. Foreign hires should make sure they have all their paperwork in order to submit for a visa to ease the process. You should also be sure to ask about what will be included (housing stipend for example).
