1- applied online 2- phone interview 3 - assessment centre at palladium's office (solution design exercise in which you are given current customer problems and profiles, and have to come with solutions having in mind the company strategy - also given)

Initial 1-1 interview followed by a secondary assessment day and a final interview with the COO. The process mainly carried out by the company's career development manager who made you feel incredibly comfortable and enjoy the process. Felt very conversational. The assessment centre involved a group working to do a presentation on value creation for a firm looking for a better digital footprint and using lucidsparks for creativity in introductions. Primarily focused on motivations and why I was interested in the role.
