Interviews are very brief.
Scenario type questions asked.
Everyone gets hired as long as they possess the minimum English skills, Canadian Citizen status, and over the ages of 18.
You basically receive a call and book your interview date. Then you MUST arrived to their head office and only office in Toronto. You attend your interview 15-minutes early to fill out an easy screening application that contains questions and a report at the end. Meet whoever is interviewing you and, voolah- you are hired.

Q: What would you prioritize if there was a, fire, missing child, and assaultive person on the property. What would you do and describe your steps!
Q: Tell me what your previous co-workers would say about you.
Q: Describe three traits that make a good security guard.
Q: What do you know about the company?
Q: Tell me about yourself, and why you want to work for Paladin?
2 person, 30 minutes interview. Asking straight forward questions, relax environment. I felt comfortable answering the questions and they were helpful helping me to be relax during the interview. I would suggest.

Simple and straight to the point, I attended a Job fair at Vancouver's Mega Job Fair organized by PICS ,met Paladin Security there, and was called for an interview after careful consideration and exchange of words with the talent team
