I briefly met HR representative (anonymous) at Job Fair at their office. With my brief background, she recommended I apply for this job and another. The next day after submitting my resume, assessment and other questions on the application, I got a phone interview the next morning. I was impressed. She was bright, sharp and pointed in her questions to get a good impression of who I was and what I had to contribute and what I wanted in 5-7 minutes.
