I applied and they called me in for an interview with several different staff members over the course of about 2 hours. I met with people at varying levels of the company separately and most asked me the same questions the previous person had already asked. Basically, I was asked a lot of really dumb, basic questions like how I would rearrange the furniture in the office and most of them came off as condescending and out of touch with how to speak to humans. I also sat there as one of the software engineers read out loud several of my online writing samples. The whole experience was long, creepy and uncomfortable.
