Very nice and friendly interview process. Everybody I interacted with (there were 3 stages of the interview - with recruiter, department head and country head) were very open, accomodating and genuine.

Interview
Colloquio prima da remoto e poi in sede con il manager Italia e hr assistant. Persone molto tranquille e alla mano, che ti mettono a tuo agio. Molto stimolante dal punto di vista umano e professionale.
The first was held online via MS Teams. The second was held on-site. No hard questions were asked, but then again I was interviewed for the entry-level position. The first interview is with the HR department, the second is with managers and future bosses.
