My phone interview was great. As many have said before there’s a person on interview team who is just not pleasant. The person was rude, rolled their eyes, and drew on my resume. I looked past it which was an awful decision. If you feel anything off when interviewing here please take the sign and run!
Very pleasant, the managers took two hours to engage in a pleasant ccoversation. The interview didn't feel too formal, which was nice . They also explained thoroughly where the business of the company stands in the field

Interview
the first stage was a phone interview that went relatively easy and was pleasant. After a week, there was an invite for interview at the office in Oxford with 2 members of staff.
