The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PRM Consulting Group (Washington, DC)
Interview
It was an in-person interview with two stages. The first one was a test in Microsoft Excel and Word developed by a staff member. The second part was an interview with the laid back boss. It all went remarkably positively; the first interviewer was very nice and accommodating, and the head of the company predicted I'd be a VP in just a few years.

Question 1
The first part is a basic Microsoft Office Test. If you're in DC, you may have had a "Prove It" test. If you did well on that, you'll be fine. Otherwise, watch a tutorial.
It was more of a conversation with the head of the company. He basically talks all about his company, its growth potential, and your (bright) future in it. If you don't say anything remarkably stupid in response, you'll get the job.
Warning: just because you don't say something really dumb during the interview doesn't mean that something really dumb won't be said in the interview.
