Two interviews each an hour conducted remotely. Normal tell me about yourself then 5-10 specific job questions. Interviewers we’re very relaxed personable informative about the job and realistic expectations of day to day activities.

Describe a time when you had to resolve an ethical issue.
Basic behavioral and scenario questions, most questions are on Glassdoor. It is the classic STAR and they are very prudent on getting all the information all the way to resolution so be prepared.

I applied for a CRA position. After a month I contacted the company for an update and was asked to reapply so I did. After six months, I was contacted for an interview. I declined to interview as I gained employment elsewhere.

Interview
Phone interview with recruiter then a zoom interview with 2 people. Asked specific behavioural scenarios and continued to build on these scenarios with further questions. Second half of interview was the interviewers talking about the company.
