Not hard. Three phone interviews held in three separate day. One from HR, two from the team-to-be. The interviews were not hard and every interviewer was nice. Most of the questions are about resume, experience and certifications.

Apply online and get an interview invitation from HR. 3 consecutive interviews in one day. One with the Programming Managers, one with Statisticians, one with other programmers. Have coding test and general questions and CV questions.

Nice interviewers. SAS questions: SAS merging, removing duplicates. The interview process went well in general, but the job requires not simply statistical programming, but also analytical capabilities. Knowledge about different programming languages.
Telephonic followed by technical interview on Microsoft teams. Two members interviewed. Mainly focused on what work has been done in previous company. Focussed mainly on sdtm domains as I had experience in sdtm. Dm dataset disposition adverse events relrec etc are focused
