Fantastic interview process. Emails leading up to the interview were timely, and interview panel was a delight to speak with. Questions were purposeful and applicable to the job, and everyone was friendly. I would highly recommend PPD just based off of this experience.
Standard interview questions about background and "describe an experience when..."
They look for communication skills and professionalism from what I noticed. It was an in-person interview, but this was before COVID. I am not sure if it is still like that anymore. The interview to offer letter was only a week or so. I was hired shortly after that.
