I applied through website and was contacted by HR via email to come for an interview at the site. Was interviewed by a panel; a member of HR and two managers within the department I was applying in. They all switched between asking technical and behavioural questions. Lasted around 45 mins.

Technical questions; what is pH? what is the theory with HPLC? can you name parts of a HPLC? how do you use a UV/Vis?
It was a multi-interview process. The first interview was a general interview with a recruiter. The next interview was with two managers. It lasted an hour, 30 minutes to interview with each manager.

Very short and easy. Asked a few technical questions and focused on the resume. The interview consisted of two 30 minute sessions. There was one initial interview with the HR department and then a second interview with the mangers of the lab.
