They mostly use the STAR Method for interviewing. I interviewed with 3 different people at the management level. Positive experience overall. There's also a screening with HR prior to the in-person interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at PPD (Research Triangle Park, NC) in Mar 2017
Interview
I applied online it took about a week to get a call back . On site interview was scheduled within 2 weeks based on my availability. Offer presented within in 2 weeks. You will be interview by at least 2 people from the department and your potential manager. STAR format and almost all are behavioral questions that all focus on organization, decision making and problem solving. Its important that they like you as well. The negative is that its just way too long 2+ hours and redundant question which make it exhausting.
