There were two rounds of interview taking place within two weeks. First was personal with my future LM and Area Mng. Other round was done by phone from HR. Professional.

How would you react in case a mistake had been made by the colleague?
They mostly use the STAR Method for interviewing. I interviewed with 3 different people at the management level. Positive experience overall. There's also a screening with HR prior to the in-person interview.

Basically was a phone conversation and they asked me a few questions about certain situations and how I'd respond to them. They also asked me what my future entailed and how PPD fit into that timeline.

3 interviews in one day, 1 over webex 1 in person & 1 over the phone. They were spread out from 9 - 3 PM so it was a long day. Received an offer the next day. the pay for this position is half of their competitors , no negotiating and they only gave me 10 hours to give a decision.
