After submitting an application, I was contacted by a recruiter for a phone interview. The phone interview was conducted within a days and I passed. The questions were basic. They were mostly about my resume and why I chose the company. The recruiter was very professional. Following the interview with the recruiter, I interviewed with the branch manager. the interview went well and I offer a position with the company. The entire process took about two weeks.

Very easy. Recruiting works on weekends. First interview scheduled was for a group interview about 12 people. It lasted about two hours. Everyone answered the same questions. They called the next day with first offer.
