      Pros

      The people are great to work with, the company is very progressive and always looking to improve in every area. The first company I worked for to spend resources to really develop managers to be effective in the field and not just in a classroom

      Cons

      The health benefits are a little challenging, copay requirement is a bit stiff even after the cash assistance they give

      Advice to Management

      Review benefits and policies around FMLA and job displacement. The employee should not have to shoulder the financial burden of not receiving pay during the 90-day period granted to look for a new position within the company

      Pros

      - They check all the boxes for a prospective employee. Good salary, good benefits, strong financials. - Stable C-level leadership with consistent vision for the future.

      Cons

      - Too many meetings. There are meetings to discuss what to talk about at the next meeting. 100 people on a call, 10 people participating. There are people making over six figures who literally do nothing but schedule and emcee meetings. - Modeling activities are crazy over-administered. For every one person performing an analysis or developing an enhancement, there are five people setting up meetings, pestering staff to fill out forms and documents, asking for ETA, and generally not being productive or helpful. Management's approach to difficult projects is to throw more project managers at it. Instead of sourcing experienced staff for project management roles, they hire inexperienced staff and give them unearned authority. - Many staff responsible for challenging and checking work, but this work is not collaborative. Quality control personnel have little knowledge of the data or product and do not strive to learn. - Work is impersonal, no effort is spent on team building. People don't respect each other's time or care to get to know each other.
