HR recruiter call to review my interest in the position and she gave a detailed background of the team and what they needed for this position. She scheduled the interview.
Interviewed with the Director initially via 1 hour Zoom Call. He was very thorough and asked several behavioral questions.
Recruiter called me and asked my availability for an additional interview with the two managers in the department.
The 2 managers also completed a Zoom Interview. They asked many behavioral interview questions and added a descriptive outline of the department past and future.
The PNC employees who interviewed me were very relatable and also very detail oriented. Afterwards, I felt I had enough information about the department and staff to determine if this was the right fit for me. Hopefully I also gave them the information they needed. I followed up with "Thank you" emails to the HR recruiter, the director and the two managers. A week later, the recruited called and made me an offer. I start in two weeks.
