Interview
Only made it to the phone interview. The recruiter basically wanted me to go through my resume and explain everything I have done. She also briefly discussed some of the details about the job. She told me she would forward everything to the hiring manager. A week later I received a rejection email. My first official rejection.
The interview was a behavioral interview. I had a lot of fun. I would definitely recommend it to others. I would make sure you understand the role of tech in banking.

The interview itself was a really great experience. My interviewer was very professional and we had a great conversation the entire time. Mostly behavioral. I was however thoroughly disappointed with the recruiters after the fact. I was given an offer, and then ghosted for weeks. Just seemed very unprofessional.
