- Initial phone interview with some basic introductions and job requirements
- Second phone interview for algorithm and language knowledge
- Third phone interview (twice as long as the second interview) with a senior engineer on the team. The first half was algorithm check and then the second half was coding.

Question 1
Imagine if you were to design and implement a full fletch messaging app. What would you need and how would you implement that?
The interview was a behavioral interview. I had a lot of fun. I would definitely recommend it to others. I would make sure you understand the role of tech in banking.

The interview itself was a really great experience. My interviewer was very professional and we had a great conversation the entire time. Mostly behavioral. I was however thoroughly disappointed with the recruiters after the fact. I was given an offer, and then ghosted for weeks. Just seemed very unprofessional.
