I applied online. I interviewed at PNC Financial Services Group
Interview
I first applied and interviewed for a role as a Client Services specialist but during the interview I was asked if I would rather interview for the rotational program. I said I would and then went on to interview later on in Pittsburgh at the Super Day. There were several rounds. I found the process more focused on my ability to discuss complicated and conversational topics while presenting myself in a professional manner. I was in my early 20's and the role was wealth management focused. I think the questions were more geared towards my ability to explain and discuss concepts as well as my ability to relate, and perhaps, my ability to work under and with more seasoned professionals and clients. I don't think that they were looking for someone technically oriented because I think they believe that the technical aspects can be learned and that relationship management is of importance.
