A employee who was to be my sales competition was present in my interview. Very unprofessional. Other than that it was a standard interview one that I would expect for that type of position.

Interview
The process was very fast and easy, I felt very welcomed by the personnel. I was able to submit my application over their webpage and pretty soon after, I was contacted by phone by the recruiter, she scheduled me for a first interview and then for the second and last interview. I got an offer the same day of the second interview. The whole process took approximately a week.
Assesment, phone call asking additional questions, group interview followed by follow up phone call interview. The process was very organized. The interviewer was super nice and did a great job at making everyone feel comfortable.
