I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at PNC Financial Services Group (Washington, DC)
Interview
First got an email telling me that they wanted to set up a group interview with me. The interview went pretty well I believe. It was in a place where you had to get checked in and all of that. There was probably about 12 people in the room including the 3 people that already worked for PNC. After the group interview, I got a call asking if I had already been informed that they had wanted to move forward. They set me up with an individual interview with one branch and then there was a long waiting process, had to call them a couple times. Then I was set up with another individual interview at another branch. The total process ook about 3-4 months to finally get hired at a place very different then where I orginally started.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Not very difficult questions; however, you kind of expect that given the job.
All AI and no real people. Made you do a round of interviews that were one way and then made you do a videogame test that wasted your time. It's clear this company does not care to hire real people to talk to you.

Question 1
Imagine you are in a situation where you have to make an important decision quickly. To make the decision, you gather information from multiple sources, but you notice that the information seems inconsistent or confusing. How would you approach this situation? Please describe the actions you would take.
You apply online. Then do a video HireVue interview. Which is where you record yourself answering about 9 questions and have 2 attempts doing so. Fairly easy, situational questions, but a little annoying for people who have never recorded themselves before. After that, a recruiter calls you for an in person interview. Which is pretty much answering the same questions you answered during the video interview. Then it’s the waiting game. They will continue conducting a million interviews even if you had banking experience and did well on your interview. So right now I am waiting for a call back to see if I got the position. My recruiter for my region in particular was very nice and easy to speak with. I’m currently waiting and hoping for the best now.

Interview
Straight forward interview. They asked general behavioral and technical questions, along with a few questions to get to know the interviewee better. It took a little while to hear back after first round though.
