I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at PLS Logistics Services (Jacksonville, FL) in Feb 2013
Interview
I was first contacted by phone for a phone interview and then was asked to come into their office for a face to face interview. The first interview process was pretty standard with a couple of short tests involved and some time working with the people on the floor. After my first face to face interview, which I thought went pretty well, I was immediately called within 10 minutes after leaving their office for another face to face interview. The second interview was a bit more difficult. The other boss that I met just asked me "So let me hear the elevator speech". So I gave him a speech about myself, background, interest in the company, etc. He then asked me if I had any questions so I asked him all of the questions that were already answered in my previous interviews and got back the same answers.
