Phone interview to start. On site interview view with part of it being a brief shadowing of another Account Executive to see how daily operation works. Account Executive showed you the operating system and other tools that were used.

1st round is 30 minute phone call with recruiter, very basic questions about past experiences and why you’re passionate about sales. In house recruiter, super nice person to talk to.
