Second phone screen with HR and an engineer, with more technical questions. Mostly trivia about programming languages and paradigms.

Question 1
What is the difference between C/C++ and Java memory management?

Interview
First was a phone screen with all behavioral questions. Very easy and the lady was really nice.
Next, I was told it would be a technical interview with one of the engineers. He ended up asking all of the behavioral questions that I was already asked and it was kind of annoying. Technical questions were thrown in and they were easy.
Did not make it to the next round.

Interview
There were multiple interviews ending in a coding project. The coding project was arguably a waste of time since no guidelines were given and all questions were ignored. Working as an entry level position with no guidance is not something that should be expected. One should be allowed to learn and improve.
