What was the hardest decision you’ve made in your previous job?
HR / Central team will reach out should candidate pass resume screening. Case prompt will then be given to the candidate, candidate will be required to prepare a deck in 2 - 3 days. Candidate then presents to VP and Partner. The case is typically an actual project that the firm is pursuing / working on.

Pretty straightforward. got 2 rounds. 1st round is behavioural and 2nd round is a case study presentation. The case study is a take-home assignment. Usually about 3 days then you will have to present
