Interview
After 2.5 weeks of applying I get an email invitation to interview with the VP of Customer Success. It's a Teams interview without a camera on so I was confused as to why a phone call wasn't chosen at this stage. I wish I had known because I got dressed up. The lady seemed respectful throughout the conversation and I was able to talk about my background doing implementation for a TMS in a 3PL. I thought she approved of my experience and saw similarities with the roles. She asked me what was my availability for the coming two days and I said I was open. She said I was definitely going to hear again and that I would meet another Manager. About 1.5 weeks passed and I hear nothing. The fact that she lied is the reason why this was a negative experience. She had even asked me if I was interested in customer success given my background and I said I was. This is not a good way of operating business so I guess I now know how this business conducts itself.

The interview process can be broken down into 4 steps: 1) Over the phone interview - pretty standard. 2) In-person - go to their HQ for interview with direct manager and CCO 3) Test - 2 tests personality and aptitude testing 4) CEO - if you've made it to this point, then you've already got the job

Interview
The interview process I would say is very thorough. After the initial questions I felt like it was just a good conversation. PCS is growing so I feel like they took the time to let you know that change would happen and you had to have the right spirit for a role in a company like that!
