Interview process was fairly normal. Be prepared for situational questions and questions regarding how to manage conflict. How I managed the interview was by sharing my involvement extracurricular activities in school and sharing my supply chain related experience.

I had a telephone screen within a week followed by an in person interview shortly after. the telephone screen was fairly short with pretty generic questions regarding my interest in the position and my understanding of the company's background. the in-person interview was more directly related to the specific position and how my experiences fit
