PA Media interview questions

It took months to hear anything back, they didn't communicate particularly well what the hiring process would look like, I got through to the final round (which I wasn't aware existed it during my initial interview) and then they said no. The reason they said no was fair but they were very disorganised throughout the process. They were also asking for a lot from applicants for a now below average wage.
