I was first short-listed and given a test to complete at home in 90 min. The test had two questions: 1) Oxfam’s Syria Response Director is visiting Brussels to have a series of meetings with EU institutions and member state missions. One of the meetings is with the French mission. In your briefing, please include a section of key talking points for our Director to raise with them. 2) Please write a one-side letter to High Representative/Vice-President Federica Mogherini outlining Oxfam’s concerns about the situation in Syria, with recommendations for the EU. After the test I was contacted for a Skype interview with 4 people, 2 UK-based, 1 Lebanon-based and 1 HR person from Syria. The interview lasted an hour or so.
