    Working as a volunteer was one of the best working experiences in my life.

    Pros

    Good pay, good colleagues, sometimes drinks and food for free.

    Cons

    If you're not a sales person you're gonna get fired. You work with a target, 1 per day at the beginning, and you now that if you didn't got it at the end of the day, the next day you won't be working.
