I waited for the phone interview we had agreed on but they didn't tell me they had canceled it until i messaged them about the phone interview 15min after they didnt call me... I was waiting for a while but ig it's okay since there was a hurricane that just had passed and on the interview day in person she was 40min late... and om the interview she wanted to test me and show me around and also wanted me to sit down and work with the workers and help them translate for Spanish speaking clients... that lasted for like 2 hours...

Very comfortable, typical interview process. You have to answer a decent amount of questions, but nothing too difficult. Very friendly and non-stressful process. Be prepared to sell yourself and talk about prior experience.
