Interview
Three interviews. All in person with the owners. Very thoughtful and thorough. Highly intelligent and curious. Very authentic. There were 3 of them yet I felt comfortable. They asked me questions you'd logically ask when hiring for this position!
The process is extensive and involves multiple interviews from initial phone screening to an evaluation interview with a review of your experience with the company’s site. However, by the end of it you have a good sense of the company and role and have lots of opportunities to ask questions.

Interview
There were 5 speaking interviews with five different groups of people. Then there was an online screenshare where I had to explain the workflow in a web app, then I had to create a 30 minute presentation to the entire team about how I could make their company better. This was very open ended there was no direction at all really.
