I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at OpenText (New Delhi) in Mar 2020
Interview
The initial communication from the HR was professional and a telephonic interview was set up. The interview itself was one of the most unprofessional I have ever attended. It was clear right in the beginning that there was a mismatch. Instead of either cutting the interview short or listening to the candidates answers, the interviewer was more keen on complaining and giving feedback which were not at all relevant. Had to cut the interview short due to the poor interviewing skills of the interviewer. This is the first time in my professional career that I had to take such a drastic measure.
Straight forward, expected questions. It was a series of interviews that went up the chain until the final round. Interviewers seemed distracted and under stress the entire time. One barely spoke a word.
I went through five interviews with various stakeholders about my experience as a PM as well as precise situational questions.
HR never got in touch with me again after the fifth interview.

Question 1
What is the most important part of the delivery phase of a project?
Worst experience. The interviewer is more interested whether the candidate credentials/titles are correct. No interview was on Product Management. stay away from this sick company. Gave feedback to HR and not sure what action will be taken. It is just waste of time
