      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at OpenText (Austin, TX) in Apr 2015

      Interview

Very organized process. I completed a combination and telephone and in person interviews and was impressed with the interviewing team's experience. Most have been employed with the company for five or more years. Also conducted interviews with new members of their team. Company priorities were improving Opentext's overall market awareness and promoting customer success.

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at OpenText (San Mateo, CA) in Aug 2017

      Interview

Participated in two rounds of phone interviews followed by one onsite interview in San Mateo with five (5) different people back-to-back. Never heard back from anyone -- no one in Human Resources nor the Hiring Manager. After I followed up 2 - 3 times and waited 2 weeks -- OpenText finally got back to me to let me know they selected another candidate. As a finalist, it would have been a nice professional courtesy to let me know the outcome rather than going completely dark. The candidate ultimately selected was a referral by one of their team members.
