Interview
The questions asked by the hiring manager suggested a design team culture that does not encourage exploration and individual thinking beyond typical textbook answers. The approach felt rigid, like there was only one right response - which is more like an engineering exam than a design discussion. Looks like a traditional management style, with a very top-down hierarchy, which is unusual in a design environment. Disappointing!
