I interviewed at Open Access Technology International
Interview
Very short and unorganized, person doing the interview acted like they had somewhere else to be and didn't really care what I had to say. Didn't really ask anything of substance
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Open Access Technology International (Minneapolis, MN) in Jun 2013
Interview
The interview was super bizarre. It was a group interview with five other candidates and the CFO. The CFO spent half the time justifying why she uses the hiring process she does and then spewed a bunch of propaganda about why the company was so great. Next, she went around and asked each candidate approximately one question based on his or her resume (absolutely nothing difficult or in depth.) Finally, she let us ask questions, but then responded in a way that conveyed she thought they were stupid or a waste of time. Following the interview, I didn't hear anything for two months, after which I was sent a form email telling me they didn't have a position for me. This was a huge waste of time.

Question 1
The lack of any meaningful questions was rather unexpected.
