I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Online Rewards in Mar 2021
Interview
Recruiter initially made contact and set an interview with the CEO. He seemed very interested in my experience and contacts. The
second interview was with all three partners. Two in Ohio, one in Dallas. Interview went well, but I caught a vibe that the three of them had different ideas of what they were looking for. I sensed some tension. I was told I’d hear back within a week about next steps (an in person interview). After a few weeks of following up with the recruiter and hearing “so and so is out of town”, “they are still making decisions,” etc. I moved on. It looks like they have renamed the position and reposted it.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself, what’s your biggest weakness.
The recruiter that reached out was very nice and friendly. The panel was diverse and easy to talk to. Had a zoom video interview that was easy to conduct. The process went quickly.

Question 1
Tell me about your experience with journal entries.
There essentially was none. They send you a "2 hour technical assessment project" without even a phone call, or any information on their process or company, or the position. Basically they asked for 2 hours of my time without even so much as a "thank you," or the courtesy of a live conversation. The "project," to do what they really wanted, would've taken significantly longer than 2 hours as well (and I'm sure some needy/desperate candidates will go and do just that). Completely turned me off from this unprofessional company and their "HR" person, who gives the impression that they treat people like dirt as a result.
Completely unprofessional and unethical way of dealing with skilled, college graduate candidates, especially for a small company like this.
