I applied online. I interviewed at One Point of Care
Interview
I had a positive overall experience interviewing with OPOC. The Director of Talent Acquisition was very professional, approachable, and transparent about the role and interview process.
You start with an initial phone call then move to a in person interview, you are required to take two quick tests to move forward with the interview
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at One Point of Care (Worthington, OH) in Dec 2025
Interview
Process was very streamline to start. Great communication and then 0 follow up. Almost like they fell off a cliff. I had followed up multiple times with multiple people and could not even get a simple "no thank you". It felt very immature, like a Junior High break up.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
