Long application with the most difficult numerical test. After 5 days they sent me an email telling me that I passed the online test and invited me for the interview. You will have 2 interviews a cv interview and a case study interview.
The cv interview is simple you have to know your cv in focus on why do you want to become a consultant. The case interview was tough required some fast calculations that I was nervous and could not do correctly.

Interview
Applied through Handshake at my University. First round was on campus with two interviewers, one associate (30 minute case interview) and one partner (30 minute behavioral interview). Final round was on-site in Midtown with a 30 minute case presentation, 30 minute behavioral, and 30 minute one-on-one case.
There was a round of online numerical test followed by a selection day (if you pass the online test) where you have back to back case interviews that has Fit component added into it as well.

Why did you apply to Oliver Wyman Dubai and not other offices?
My interview was a case study, where the interviewer was 15 minutes (out of 30) late, did not prepare the case, and gave me very illogical information while he kept insisting the information he gave me was correct, which made the case extremely weird (I have done many cases before, and his answers just made 0 sense). When the interview process was over, I asked if he could explain to me one last time why the information he gave me during the case was correct/logical, and he denied he ever gave it. It felt like he just rushed through it to get it done.
