Einstündiges Gespräch mit einem OW Mitarbeiter, in welchem vorwiegend Fragen zum CV, den einzelnen Karierestationen und den Beweggründen für OW gefragt wurde. Im Anschluss fand ein dreistündiges AC mit zwei weiteren Bewerbern statt. AC-Übungen: Postkorb, Kundengespräche, Problemlösen, Startegieentwicklung, Präsentation

it was smooth but you need to work hard on your calculations skills, i failed in this part of the case because the calculator is not allowed and i had not familiarize myself with it before the interview but overall it was a good experience

Interviewers never attended on time. Rescheduled 7 times. Cases were easy relative to other firms. They dont take candidates very seriously so prepare for that. Personal questions include why OW?

Vorstellungstag im Zürich Office mit 5 Interviews. Morgens 3 Interviews (2 Cases + 1 HR Interview). Danach geht es zum Mittagessen, woraufhin man bei der Rückrunde erfährt ob man in die zweite Runde am Nachmittag kommt. In der zweiten Runde gib es dann wieder 2 Case Studies.
