I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Old Navy (Blackwood, NJ) in Jan 2016
Interview
I applied online. I received a call about 2 weeks later with a brief phone interview asking me why I wanted to work at Old Navy and about my availability. I came in for a group interview 3 weeks later. During the interview we did an ice breaker game, took a tour of the store, had to put an outfit together, and at the end we interviewed with the managers individually. They asked pretty basic questions. About 3 days later I received an email saying I didn't get the job. Although, during the interview, I was the only one who knew anything about the history of Old Navy.
Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
