Casual. The interview was held outside the store in the mall it was located in. There was only one interview which was held one on one with the store’s assistant manager.

Scenario questions regarding customer service, my background, my interest in position, etc.
Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
