I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Old Navy (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2016
Interview
It was very casual, I just had one interview.. I was offered the job maybe a couple days later. The interview was held in the cafe down on the first floor after you enter through the lobby. There are always a lot of one on one meetings/interviews down there every day. It didn't feel like an interview, even though I was nervous at first. Now after working at the company for a while I've realized how casual and friendly everyone is, my boss is no exception.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Old Navy in Jul 2021
Interview
The process was an initial phone call with a recruiter. Then I was assigned a project that I presented to the same recruiter. I then had a final interview with three team members.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Old Navy (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2015
Interview
Interviewed with 1 team manager and 2 team buyers. Very casual office, I was overdressed in my pencil skirt. The interviews were casual and very conversational, but also too the point. Just be able to hold your own and answer questions articulately - the content is less important than your ability to convey a calm cool and collected answer. Team collaboration is huge in this office, so culture fit is very important.
