El equipo de RH no conoce las habilidades necesarias para cada puesto. Muchas veces no tienen idea de la experiencia que necesita tener un candidato para todas las áreas.
2-3 week overall from point of initial contact. A few calls and back and forth, 3 interviews with what I assume was 3 different teams and guess whichever teamed like me, made an offer on me.

Standard questions in regard to getting your understanding of digital media and advertising.
Straightforward, 4 interviews across a week - met HR and then with only the account team. Phone interview was traditional and predictable. In person interview was quick 30 min sessions.
